GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 : Price list
Packages: Mileage and time (according to estimate) are counted from the place of departure where the agency is located
Royal Road Limousine and up to the final destination of the client.
At the requested time, Royal Road Limousine holds at your disposal a vehicle with its driver.
For any schedule overrun, the rate applied will be based on the category of vehicle requested.
Fares Transfers: are calculated (according to estimate) on the basis of direct routes, without any stop between the place of takeover and the place of removal of the passenger (s). Waiting hours are taken into account after the first hour elapsed, and will be billed on the basis of the hourly rate. In case of modification of the course or its duration due to the client, the driver will note them on his mission order and have them signed by the person in charge. In the event of a change in the duration due solely to the client, the costs incurred will be borne by the latter.
The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate fixed by the regulations in force for the transport services (*), the costs of car parks, tolls, meals of the driver and night “according to schedule of the contract” and various services are at the expense of the persons transported the customer (except specific mentions).
(*) VAT rate applied: 10% for transfers and 20% for making available (rate to be updated in case of change by any legislative and / or regulatory).
Accepted methods of payment: Cash, bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Blue Card, Club …).
Article 2 : Paiement
Payment for the service can be done at the beginning or at the end of the service. Royal Road Limousine reserves the right to demand payment at the beginning of the service. Any claims must be made within eight days after receipt of the invoice, otherwise they can not be taken into consideration. In case of dispute, the court of the region of domiciliation of the agency is only competent.
-50% deposit on booking, Royal Road Limousine this gives the right to request the payment of the services performed as and when the duration of the original contract, they can be requested day by day or the past week. The balance at the end of the service including the supplements to invoice.
Article 3 : Terms of cancelation
– From 96 to 48 hours before the service: 30% of the total price of the requested service
– From 48 to 24 hours before the service: 50% of the total price of the requested service
– 24 hours before delivery: 100% of the total price of the requested service
Royal Road Limousine reserves the right to modify the cancellation conditions according to the importance and nature of the reserved service.
Article 4 : Transport
Upon request, a transport card is issued to the person transported upon completion of the transport service; an invoice can also be sent by email or by post.
The luggage remains in the custody and responsibility of the persons transported.
We demand the respect of the material, it is forbidden to smoke in our vehicles, any internal deterioration of the vehicle will be charged to the customer.
Royal Road Limousine reserves the right to interrupt the current service if the behavior of the customers endangers the safety of the driver and the vehicle. If the driver realizes that the customer is committing an offense, for example, the use of narcotics, he has the instruction to immediately stop the service in progress.
Article 5 : Quantitative of people and luggage transported
Depending on the type of vehicle the number of people transported is limited by the vehicle certificate register issued by the prefecture and the current transport regulations. Luggage is limited in size and weight by the vehicle certificate register. Excess person and baggage that can not be taken care of will be subject to additional vehicles or other means of transport.
Article 6 : Limiting liability clause
Royal Road Limousine can in no way be held responsible for delays in transport delays due to circumstances beyond its control: road barred, bridge forbidden to traffic, bypass, flooded road, traffic jams, interventions on the floor of police forces , customs or firefighters, etc …… (without this list being limiting). In case of immobilisation of the vehicle during the journey due to a mechanical failure, an accident or damage (theft, degradation), Royal Road Limousine will strive to ensure the continuity of the journey, either with one of these vehicles , or with a vehicle chartered to another company and undertakes to warn the client.
Article 7 : Assurance – Insurance
In accordance with the regulation of high-fare person transportation, insurance coverages are appropriate and Royal Road Limousine undertakes to provide a copy of their insurance contract upon request.
